"Mice infested. Evidence of it all over. 3rd bedroom was off the (empty) hot tub room. No ventilation. Stuffy and hot. There was garbage left behind in the kitchen from who-knows-when. Broken doors. A/C was off so the place was toasty. No toilet paper in bathrooms. It was not ready for guests. I’d suggest finding another place. The location wasn’t bad for visiting the Escondido area, but there are comparable rentals nearby. We found one and stayed there. Didn’t spend one night here. Took a look...
