"The hotel was in a great location. We had a little adjustment needed and Juan (the comptroller) happened to be on duty. He was excellent, acknowledged our problems and immediately addressed each one. He’s well versed in Hotel management and truly turned the vacation around for us with some simple solutions! "The property has an excellent location. The parking setup is perfect and very needed in this area. What is preventing me from eating it 5 stars is that the apartment did not have a WiFi router the week that I was there. I did talk to the front desk about the WiFi connection in the room and they said they would check. I finally found the place we're the router was supposed to be (inside the closet, high on the front wall of the closet) and there was NO router. I would make sure that you ask...
