"Very nice big apartment. Not close to water but has a limited water view. Excellen well furnished modern 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit. 3 smart tv's and washer & dryer. Roof top pool. Safe underground parking. Long walk to marina. I felt safe in this area. excellent value. "

"The Lumina is a really nice place to stay. The reason i didnt give 5 stars is because for a one bedroom unit, they say theres a "pull-out" couch. There is not. There is a very short convertible couch that folds down. No mattress. So unless you are 4 feet tall, your legs will not fit because of the armrests. It was incredibly frustrating to assume there'd be a proper pullout couch with an actual mattress for an adult guest, and then realize a short couch was all that was available. They do not...

"This condo exceeded our expectations - beds were comfy, unit is well appointed, it was quiet and the unit felt spacious and super CLEAN! Views from the living room and private rooftop patio are stunning. Groceries are within walking distance, and so are a number of restaurants - but also just a short car ride into Cabo so the location was just perfect for us. Customer service was great, and our questions were answered quickly. We highly recommend and would stay again. "

"It was good! The wall paper was coming off and it smelled like moisture but it was because they had a tropical storm. The parking is good and it’s safe because you can leave it there if you want to walk to the beach which is like 5 minutes walking. The thing I didn’t like is that the bed sheets had a lot of hairs and they smelled like armpits not sure if they wash them frequently well only on one bed the other one was fine. "We all loved the beautiful and quiet location; the pool was easily accessible, providing several easy afternoons of reading poolside. We were within 5 min driving to local grocery stores if we wanted to cook for ourselves, and within 20 min driving to some of the best restaurants (Toro, La Hacienda Cocina y Cantina). The guards were friendly and thorough, which made our stay feel even more comfortable."

"We loved our stay! Arsen and Dario were wonderful hosts communicating about the property, check in/check out and questions while there. The condo is beautiful, perfect for our family of four, with a room for each teen, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and patio with the most amazing view. We wandered down the beach or into town each night for dinner, and stocked up at the grocery near by for other meals at the condo. The cabanas on the beach were my favourite, comfy paradise for relaxing...

"This is a brand new build as of early 2025, and these are luxury suites. We had a beautifully decorated, large suite (503) with two master bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Huge amounts of storage and a smart TV in each bedroom. Each bedroom has access to the large wrap-around deck. "We stayed as a group of friends and had a wonderful time! The house is spacious and each room has its own bathroom. The outdoor pool was so nice, with breathtaking views. We had Ariel as our concierge and he was FABULOUS! We had a private chef, he booked us transportation and he went grocery shopping for us. Truly a wonderful stay, would love to go back!"
