"We had mixed feelings about this place but booked anyways we were surprised at how clean the hotel is & staff was great from our arrival to our departure they carried our luggage & welcomed us, only thing is day front desk staff needs to be a little more friendly. The area wasn’t bad we felt safe at all times & we liked that it’s close to everything you want to do or see in the center of town. Definitely will be back "

"The front desk lady who helped us to check in is extremely helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff did a great job to clean the room. The room is spacious with plenty of plug points. The lighting is impressive. The bathroom is well designed with spacious shower area. The concierge stored our luggage safely with receipt. The location is near to places of attraction. Many good restaurants and pubs are nearby. Overall, a great hotel with great staff. "
