"A wonderful hotel with lovely rooms and common spaces. The food was amazing and we appreciated plenty of filtered water being available. The staff was helpful although the dinner restaurant recommended was not very good - we should have just eaten dinner at the hotel."

"Not too far and not too close from Plaza de Armas. Short walk to the center of Cusco and quiet enough to rest at night from a long day. Clean and water always hot, no problem with that. Bed were comfortable and heater works well on cold nights. Would stay again."

"This hotel was a great choice for my group of 10. It is in a great location with some really wonderful restaurants within a 2 minute walk. It is very close to the Plaza de Armas and great shopping. Best point, it is at the bottom of the hill so easy on the lungs! The hotel itself does have lots of stairs, but they have lovely sitting areas in each floor foyer. Even with the stairs, I would book rooms on the 2nd floor rather than first as the dining area can be very noisy. Breakfast was very good with many choices. The staff is amazing! They honestly couldn't do enough for all of us. A special shout out to Luis and Edwin who went above and beyond!"
