I had a stomach pain, and they remembered coming to check on me, and sending me gingers(I requested) etc. Also love their breakfast buffet, lots of good options! The location's great too, it's not in the old town, so not that noisy. Only takes 20 mins to get to the main plaza, safe & walkable. "

"Everyone at the Hotel was very friendly and helpful. Marilia, the receptionist was awesome and made sure we were comfortable throughout our 5 night stay there. Victor, another receptionist, ran to the office of our tour company at 3AM in the morning to check if they were open as our Rainbow Mountain trip was cancelled. We are especially grateful to Leo, the chef at their in house restaurant for taking extra care in preparing meals four our daughter with serious food allergies. She was very happy and felt safe eating here. All the meals we had were delicious and we enjoyed dining here most nights. Breakfast was also superb! Thanks to everyone at the hotel for making our stay special! Would go there again when we visit Cusco again! "
