"There’s nothing Grand about it in the slightest. It isn't the cheapest hotel around yet you still have to pay 10bng to use the sauna each time. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Bulgaria and this is the first I’ve heard of this. No kettle or hairdryer in the room, just a TV and drinking glasses. "A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots).
