"We have stayed here many times in the past 8 years and this was the worst stay. The inside pool was under construction, the one outside pool was also under construction. Terrible roof over the other outside pool. The fridge in our room was filthy and unusable. The balcony/terrace outside our room was also filthy-bird feathers and bird poo everywhere. When we laid our towels outside, came back to them and they had lots of bird poo on them. Food was ok, our waitress Kate, was lovely. Reception...

The breakfast buffet was in a windowless basement, with a coffee machine that was broken and leaking water all over the floor. The staff was not friendly; they did not explain amenities at check-in, and when asked basic questions, they were unresponsive and curt. "This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. "
