I had to take my son to hospital and all the staff at the concierge desk were amazing and supported me. The staff who took laundry and restocked the mini bar and took the luggage down were absolutely fantastic and wonderful. The staff in the clinic were amazing and they really helped us l. Mey the nurse was brilliant and the GP who came to see my son was great. A brilliant and caring and really friendly hotel I will be coming again soon. The food here is unbelievable, best food at an all inclusive hotel that I have been to. All the staff go out of their way to help you. Please can you give the staff a payrise as they are ALL amazing and helpful."
