"My husband and I stayed here for 5 days in early October 2024. The resort was fantastic and the staff were extremely kind and attentive. There were a lot of food options at the restaurant and the food was really good. They offer a free shuttle to Ubud center. The view of the rice terrace was spectacular. The staff tried to clean it twice but after some time the ants keep coming, we had booked 2 rooms but ended up staying in one room. They didn't had any other twin room available. "The hotel is beautiful with its swimming pool but the service is not at the same standard. Breakfast is miserable. We ordered fried eggs and it came with 2 eggs and 1 toast.
