"I found the decor to be tired, especially in my bedroom, but the hotel was exceptionally clean throughout and every single member of staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The TV in my room didn't work, but I was offered a drink drink voucher as recompense. The food was lovely. The views were amazing, although the Geese did keep me awake."

"Perfect overnight stay! .. attending a concert at the AO Arena in city centre .. much cheaper accommodation than staying in the actual City and only a short drive away. Very friendly welcome, lovely lady ..we had a large room .. was clean ..comfortable ..parking included 😃.. help yourself to a continental Breakfast ..we had a nice cuppa and toast before we left .
