"From check in to check out the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. After a long day, the reception gave advice on the locale pointing us in the direction of some much needed early food. The bar staff were great when we returned from the match. Breakfast service was great despite a lot of guests but everyone seemed happy. I would recommend this hotel and will book again the next time in Manchester."
