"Really happy with this hotel and would absolutely stay again. The bed was super comfy. We stayed on the top floor with a floor to ceiling window and a great city view. Literally across the water from The Lowry theatre which was the purpose of the stay, just a 5 minute walk. Awesome breakfast. Great stay."

"The room was in a terrible condition with marks all over the walls, broken picture frames, stained sofa cushions, a window that was locked open, mould in the kitchen and bathroom, and a collapsed bed! There were no staff on hand to deal with our issues and Hotels.com could not reach them via their contact details either. We left the night we arrived and the hotel refused to issue a refund and kept our security deposit. Stay well away from this hotel!"
