I stayed at this place for 7 days. The room was decently clean but the carpet had significant stains on them. Some of the surfaces were quite dusty which leads me to believe that it wasn’t checked properly. The kitchenette area was decent and had all necessary utensils. The only thing it didn’t have was a sponge or washing liquid ti clean dirty dishes. The shower was great as it was nice and hot.

Great design of room, excellence size and adequately furnished. Second room also had kitchen area. One room had issue with heating but staff quickly resolved with portable heaters.

The property is good , the info on the Expedia app isn’t , you have it detailed as a 2pm check in 10am check out , so we got there just before 2pm and because you lot got it wrong we had to wait around , I doubt Ul do anything because it dosnt effect you but you wait till you get a ‘ Karen ‘ stay with you , the staff there will have to deal with it not you , but the staff there are sound , they dont deserve it

A great hotel within walking distance of the city centre, friendly, helpful staff on reception, we had a lovely big room, it is showing slight signs of wear and tear but it didn't spoil our stay. We would stop here again without doubt. All the staff should be commended for their hard work.

Nice hotel
Hotel,just 15 minutes walk to city centre, breakfast value for money,no pork bacon and sausage which was disappointing but plenty of other choice cereals,fruits, cakes ect. Rooms very large ,spotless, bed comfortable but pillows very firm,woke up with a stiff neck.

Stayed here during a recent visit to the Manchester Opera House, really nice hotel just outside of the city centre. Secure parking, efficient staff, rooms were large, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was buffet style with something for everybody, very nice and slightly quirky dining area. Roughly a ten minute stroll into the main areas of the city, or about £5 in a taxi, we walked in then got a taxi back. Would recommend, and will look to stay here again should I be visiting the city again.

Decent room with good breakfast close to the city centre. It's next to a busy motorway so it can get quite noisy. Even with th window open all day the room still felt quite hot. I don't know how you would be comfortable here in summer.
