"I have stayed at this hotel prior (in 2019, twice). I selected the hotel for this trip because I love the location, style, ease of parking and connected restaurants. It might have just been the room I had this time but it was worn and in need of some refreshing. Table tops (wood) were worn and the chair (leather?) was also worn. The bathroom door was bowed and did not shut tight. The people who work there are lovely and the place is unique, but rooms need to be attended to if they all look...

"Switched hotels from across the street and happy we did. Sofitel was perfect from the welcoming team at the front door valet to the housekeeping!! The front desk was very accommodating and Mateo(front desk) was outstanding!!! I will be back for sure. Except the waitress in the bar on Sunday night seemed to ignore us to spend time with friends in the bar. We waited 20 minutes for at least a hello but was ignored the whole time. No worries I won’t drink there if she’s on duty again when I visit. "

"This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and it might always be my go to when I visit Philly! 2nd time was even better than the first! The staff is so friendly and helpful and the property is immaculately clean. Highly recommend! "

"We were there for the NFC championship game and although Albert, the bartender was working as hard as he can, the bar restaurant area was very under staff for the amount of people that were in the hotel that night. Would’ve thought it would’ve been better staff, knowing what possibly would happen at the end of the game"

"When I arrived my key wasn’t working to get into the room and I had to go back to the front desk 3 times. For the inconvenience they supplied access to their pantry for the night which was very nice and accommodating. The staff was very helpful, my room was very clean and warm. I would definitely recommend the Delta Hotel to anyone staying in the Philly area. "

"Enjoyed the stay. Building design on the inside was unique. Dining room was only open for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast had a great selection for a buffet."

"Did Not Appreciate The Room I Booked Stated It Had A Tub/Shower Which I Needed Yet My Room Did Not Have A Tub Good Size Shower & Large Bathroom But No Tub. Also Did Not Have Microwave Otherwise Is Was At Least Clean "
