"Very nice experience. We arrived very early and while our king room wasn’t ready we were offered early check in for a queen double. I chose to stay with the king room and the front desk staff offered to call me when it was available. I received their call well in advance of the standard check in time. "I needed a place close to the LOVE sign. The hotel was easy to find and there was a parking lot where you could park for $47 for 24 hrs. The hotel has a deal w/ this garage to allow in/out, but I didn’t need it. I will definitely stay here again if I need to be in that neighborhood. OUTSTANDING customer service, too"

"We stayed overnight for the Eagles Superbowl parade. I was prepared for it to be a litttle bit of a nightmare knowing how many people would be in the city, however, everything went smoothly. The front desk staff had smiles on their faces, were friendly and checked us in without issue. The room was clean and comfortable. "We had a nice visit to this beautiful, waterfront home, and appreciated the host very much. The views from the beach were lovely. Unfortunately, we were woken several times overnight one night by ships’ foghorns as they passed by- every few hours. Even the white noise machines (a thoughtful touch) didn’t help.
