"I was in town with my teenage daughter for a lacrosse tournament. All the hotels were booked, so we thought this would be a good option. IT WAS NOT. First of all, the blue room really only sleeps 1 comfortably. The bed is a double, not a queen. The pull out couch is very uncomfortable, basically metal springs with some padding over it. "I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. This would be a good place to stay for someone who needed to be in Wilmington for business (there's a desk in the living room, and the wifi seemed reliable) or a couple coming here for an event or to check out...

"The location of this place is great - right by the train station, shops, and restaurants. Hosts were very welcoming and responsive. Also, great hiking trails near by. Old building with beautiful floors, very clean. Would definitely stay again."
