"Great hotel with a comfortable room and decent size for an Osaka hotel. They have a good buffet breakfast on offer, and it was a lovely touch to have a welcome drink as part of our stay. The hotel has good transport links so it was really quick and easy to get around to all of the popular locations in the city. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again next time I'm in Osaka. "

Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you. "The hotel is located next to a shopping plaza so everything was very convenient in terms of transportation, food, and shopping. They provide popular skin care brands if you need any daily essentials or toiletries. Free Starbucks coffee and fruit juices are provided daily at the lobby so it was a nice perk that came with the booking. The only complaint I had was the stains on the carpet in our room but overall I was happy with the stay and would book again."
