"We"ve been visiting Arima-onsen and Hanamusubi for several times already and this town and ryokan is always special to us. We always feel home at this ryokan by the friendly, polite and professional staff. Our favorite room with our own private onsen is just amazing and has all the amenities we need for our short stays. "We had an excellent stay. The only issue is the hotel shuttle from train station to the hotel. You need call the hotel to request a shuttle and had trouble to make international cell phone call. We end up to use a pay phone to call the hotel."

"The hotel should give notice to guests at reservation how to take shuttle bus from either bus station or train station to the hotel as the hotel is on a hill."

"This Ryokan does not do food of any kind. Inaccurate description on expedia. It is close to everything in the area.. Yukatas provided are quite small. Onsen is small but adequate. Bit wear and tear but expected for old building. Staff where polite and helpful. "

He was very patient and especially helpful to our multiple queries and tried his best to help. We were very grateful for his sincerity in wanting to help. "Nice and quaint ryokan with free shuttle service. The tourist information centre can help to contact them for you when you arrive. We booked the only room with an outdoor onsen and bathroom as we were travelling with a toddler. All other rooms don’t have any private toilets. "事前に調べて行ってたので、施設のコンセプトを理解して有馬の街を堪能させていただきました。温泉街にて自宅のように、まさにそういう風に過ごすことができました。 部屋にいくエレベーターを降りてすぐのところにビールと酎ハイの自販機がありました。ビジネスホテルレベルの値段で置いてくれてますので飲み足りないときはそこで更なる水分補給。部屋にはミニ冷蔵庫（冷凍機能なし）、ポット、洗面台ながしがありました。 古いですが綺麗に清掃してくれてます。チェックアウト12時もありがたかったです。"
