"I have stayed at Hotel Le Plaza for varying periods over the last 3 years. I have also referred the hotel to 5 of my colleagues who now stay here. After 30 hours of travelling, I know I will be greeted at the front door, helped with my bags, followed by an efficient check-in at Reception, and a room will be ready. It's also nice to be greeted at breakfast and in the hotel foyer by various long-term staff. My only disappointment is that the beautiful bar area is not always open when I am there. ...

"It was really nice. Simple, very clean, close to public transport and city centre. There is a guest kitchen and dining area where you can store and heat up food as well as access hot water. It is kept nice and clean and tidy. There is also a selection of games and books and a ping pong table. Excellent for staying with kids and when the weather is not so pleasant. It can be noisy at night unfortunately. Check in and out process was completely computerized and very user friendly "

"The hotel is ideally located, 5 minutes from the tram...in central Bourse with Grande Place 5 minutes walk. The reception is good, breakfast is excellent. The decor in hallways and bedrooms are okay but need updating. My main issue with my stay was the street noise from restaurants opposite and the cleaning street noise which started really early, but I only paid 85euros which included breakfast which was still good value. "We were upgraded to room that was larger and in front of building with a view of street, was not noisy. The room included kettle which was nice! Staff was great! If we had one issue, chairs not comfortable!"
