"someone was banging on doors at 2:00 and tried to get into our room. There was no phone in our room to call the front desk. The room had not been cleaned properly but they were gracious and moved us to a clean room. The hallways were not clean."

"Very nice hotel and professional staff. Comfortable bed and consistent Wi Fi. Breakfast is plentiful. Though the location is not necessarily the most desirable or nicest area in Brussels, it is very convenient to the main MIDI/Zuid train station. The Grand Place is an easy 20-25 minutes' walk. It is an excellent choice, if you want to stay by the MIDI station. Thank you."
