"We arrived very early on a Saturday morning for our hotel stay and was greeted by Benoit. We asked him if we could drop off our luggage as it was too early for check in but he said he had a room for us. What a nice start! Our hotel room was recently updated and very roomy. "I was sent to a second building of the Hotel Retro into the rook 502. Which is fine as a standard. But nobody warned me that there is no lift up to the 5th floor. It ends on the fourth floor then you have to walk up taking narrow wooden stairs with your bag."
