Compensation of free drinks in the bar but just because I have asked for it. One of the lifts was not working out of 3 lifts. Breakfast for me was ok only not outstanding cos I'm vegan. Heritage restaurant did not meet my expectations as the food was over an hour late and barely anything on my plate."

In addition to taking good care of two hungover lads, they let us sleep way past the actual checkout time. Overall: Great service."
