Also, if you come in at low tide, it’s a hell of a long walk down the pier and there’s nobody waiting for you so you have to bring your own bags for about a quarter of a mile. The staff was amazing. The customer service was outstanding from everyone but in particular Slind, who hosts the evening dinner at the hotel restaurant and the lunch service at the near by Na Mi Chay Cafe. Nothing was too much to ask from Slind and he was always one step ahead in addressing needs and wants from customers. All of this with a big smile and positive attitude.
