"You can not beat the location. Check in and check out was painless and easy and efficient. Only 3 of the 5 elevators were working. The key card would often not work in the elevator. The card reading system needs to be updated. You have to hold the door open until the elevator recognizes your card. The room are dated. And the bathtub needs a good scrubbing to remove the dirty feet marks, but the housekeepers were friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable. And I slept well. "

"Well located in central Manhattan with good access to metro and busses. The Tik Tok diner is handy but quite expensive. Room was excellent and bathroom very good. Security also good. "

"Room had a lot of dust where you hang your coats. Very small but expected. We ordered food at 6:00 am and front desk didn’t give us a courtesy notification but threw it away instead. However they made up for it with a credit towards my stay. Staff is lovely and very helpful very safe place. Oh and bartenders were excellent "
