I didn't like the racist man at the desk that refused to acknowledge me and refuse to warm up my food simply because I was black and the thing about it is he's not even from this country himself so make it make sense

The room was very cold and it was very bad no heater in the winter and the interior was broken, could’ve kept the room more clean and for the price it’s not even worth coming here. There’s also no free parking or any parking anywhere and you’ll have to pay. The overall rating I’ll give is a 2/10 this was a terrible and cold place and the inside of the room wasn’t worth it for the price. Too expensive and really poor quality.

rooms would not lack terrible service. They didn’t accommodate nobody was still checking people in was not notifying them that their rooms would not lock from the inside or the outside everybody’s safety was at risk and they did not care.

We waited too long to make a hotel reservation for New Year's Eve, and the only hotel that we could find was Hotel MOCA NYC. We were hesitant to book it because the rating was so low, but we figured it was just for one night. To our happy surprise, the hotel was very acceptable; clean, plenty of hot water, thermostat controllable from the room, and everything in good repair. The #1 subway was just a five minute walk away. It wasn't fancy, but it was sufficient for our purposes.

We booked a bedroom with two double beds because I was traveling alone with 2 kids when we arrived we said they didn't have any bedroom with two beds so we need to be in two different bedrooms no other options. In Both bedrooms the shower didn't work, the windows were broken, terrible manteniance and dirty.
