"Stayed here with family in early January, and it was nice. The staff is excellent, from the doormen to the valet to the front desk to even housekeeping and maintenance! They were all very helpful. The rooms are typically NY-small, but they are adequate. The only issue we had was we couldn't really adjust the heat to a higher setting; the room stayed about 68-69 degrees, and we wanted it a little bit warmer. But, we managed with blankets and comforters. The lobby is busy, and the elevators, also. The rooftop bar is really nice, and I recommend this property for a city stay away from tourist-areas. "

"Comfortable bed and furnishings. Friendly doormen and front desk. Only negative was the loud noise when the HVAC unit would reset between blowing air. Granted it did happen to be single dights Fahrenheit at night during my stay so perhaps that could have contributed to the in wall units working OT. "
