"Advertised as a hotel (not Pontins) with an address that didn't match the booking one and lacking many of the basics you'd have in in anything resembling a hotel. One of the worst properties I've stayed in over 4 decades. A generally stand off ish and hostile undertone from the staffing on arrival, several serious defects and no warning about the bedding or towel shortfalls (unless you are one of their loyal customers who tolerate more than they should be expected to). "The check in was very easy, arrived after long car journeyfrom London ( freezing day) to find heating on and soothing classical music playing . Also gift of milk cake and biscuits was v nice. The cottage is beautifully furnished with modern and comfortable sofas and bedding. TV in my bedroom was a real treat. full compliment of cooking and dinning impliments. Has parking so a winner,for us.. Richard was delightful and very helpful. Would certainly book again. "
