Our room was cleaned twice a day, and we were gifted champagne to celebrate. The staff constantly checked in, offering help and guidance as I explored Dubai for the first time. I always felt safe and supported. One team member even helped us figure out where to shop and which excursions were worth it. On our last day, a young woman who had bonded with my son gave us a handwritten letter and macaron cookies. I’ll never forget that moment. This hotel didn’t just impress me — it changed my expectations. The service, the kindness, the attention to detail... it was luxury at its best. I’ll absolutely be back. "The hotel is nice, the staff offered Kombucha Tea upon arrival. The breakfast at Kitchen 6 had a variety of foods and it was delicious; the brisket burger was outstanding, and chicken tenders were also very good (Lush Burger)."
