Whilst a continent stay, I honestly did expect a bit more from the hotel. I was surprised that upon request, I had to pay for ice. Also, when ordering room service, the tray was chipped which isn’t what I expect from a 5* hotel. The amenities are great & it is only a 5 minute drive from the hotel.

Located close to airport so ideal transit option but location to transport options other than Taxi is limited. Arriving late with not being able to access breakfast which is included due early departure is an inconvenience. Travel box should be an option .
