"We were incredibly well looked after by all the staff we met there. We had told them my husband had mobility issues and we had a room just nearby reception and the dining area, making access really easy. They had also given us a room with 2 comfy chairs which myself, and especially my husband, really appreciated after travelling. There was a great selection of choices at breakfast, with staff replacing items as soon as they were needed. The Mercure is a great base to explore the local area, we were able to really rest and relax. We will definitely be visiting again!"

"The Russell Hotel is a good place to stay very close to Royal Tunbridge Wells amenities and attractions. We stayed here because we were going on the Spa Valley Railway Cheese Train on the Saturday afternoon and the hotel was an close enough to walk everywhere. "
