"Some dirty towels in bathroom and pool water not great quality. Was offered take away breakfast as leaving before breakfast started. It contained stale pastries and fizzy water and absolutely rotten apple. But otherwise hotel was nice. Rooms spacious"

"Tiniest room I’ve ever slept in. Bathroom was even smaller which was hard with the shower because water got everywhere. But the views were amazing and made it all so worth it. Location was great as well "

"Fabulous location, room and facilities. Only slight peeve was no mini bar in the room and two complimentary tiny shortbread biscuits in refreshment tray. Tesco express within 100 metres resolved this. Stayed over six nations Rugby and although hotel full to capacity no fall in level of service. "

"Me and my partner stayed for a night, got a good deal on a room with breakfast included however a bit disappointing the room being situated at a point where there was a massive skip outside and ongoing works outside so awoken early with constant banging. Street noise etc was a given as the hotel is in the city centre. The hotel is huge so I’m almost positive there would have been rooms elsewhere and it was a Monday night so not particularly busy. The facilities were nice, Spa was pretty good but...
