"Very kind and accommodating staff. Was able to check me into my room early and let me keep my bags in storage before I checked in and after I checked out while I was waiting to go to the airport. Because the hotel is right next to the ocean the wind is very strong and it can get really loud. I had a hard time sleeping because it can be a little intense/ intimidating at first. "This is a very fine hotel in the best traditions. The hotel is located in the Central business district in Cape Town. This is very handy if you are visiting the city Centre. It is also conveniently located just across the way from the Co) gardens which are lovely to walk in and also have a nice café. The service in the hotel is excellent. I always try and get a room with a mountain view because that is really great. The breakfast is excellent. There are other dining options in the hotel. You also have all of Cape Town very easily accessible to you. She is one of my favourite hotels to stay at. "

Restful stay!

"Excellent stay! We initially booked an airstream, which turned out to be quite cramped and the hot water didn’t work. There was also a rooftop party going on, so we called and requested to move to a proper room. The front desk staff accommodated us immediately, which was wonderful. The room was beautiful and quiet, and we got an amazing night’s sleep. Great service!"
