"The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Free mini bar that is refilled daily. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with lots of options. The entire hotel was immaculate. Housekeeping constantly disinfecting and cleaning. Modern and updated. Lots of on site services and amenities. I’m so glad we chose this hotel, it was absolutely perfect. Close to lots of dining options, shopping, and transportation. The resistant on the roof top was also very convenient and the food was delicious. "

"It’s not the sparkling gem it should be. I stayed one night in a junior suite overlooking....well, Termini station. The room was large and clearly at one point relatively flash (if it was the 90’s), but tired. Random switches that did nothing, worst stocked mini bar in history (one miniature Jonny Walker red label and a bottle of tonic amongst a couple of cokes and a bottle of Evian!!??). The whole place needs updating,,,, but on the flip side, pretty good rates for such a large room, great bed...

"The hotel staff was very helpful. Front desk staff was able to accommodate us by keeping our luggage for one night as we made a short trip to Florence. One person who made a huge difference was the bartender (I think his name was Manuel but I may have misheard). He made a huge impact one evening when there we not many customers.
