"The position of the hotel was perfect for sight seeing. The room was very well appointed and clean. The bedding was of high quality. Loved the complimentary fridge, water and soft drinks replenished daily. Shampoo’s, conditioners etc also replenished daily. Our room was very quiet as we requested. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"It’s not the sparkling gem it should be. I stayed one night in a junior suite overlooking....well, Termini station. The room was large and clearly at one point relatively flash (if it was the 90’s), but tired. Random switches that did nothing, worst stocked mini bar in history (one miniature Jonny Walker red label and a bottle of tonic amongst a couple of cokes and a bottle of Evian!!??). The whole place needs updating,,,, but on the flip side, pretty good rates for such a large room, great bed...

"Service was amazing, staff very attentive and observant, room was fantastic and breakfast selection was great. Spa was lovely and we had the space all to ourselves, you did have to pre book. Spa treatments were very expensive though, so we avoided those. Everything else was exceptional just as the hotel says."
