"It’s not the sparkling gem it should be. I stayed one night in a junior suite overlooking....well, Termini station. The room was large and clearly at one point relatively flash (if it was the 90’s), but tired. Random switches that did nothing, worst stocked mini bar in history (one miniature Jonny Walker red label and a bottle of tonic amongst a couple of cokes and a bottle of Evian!!??). The whole place needs updating,,,, but on the flip side, pretty good rates for such a large room, great bed...

"First night was terrible. The tv was not working and when the lights were out the flashing red lights of the smoke alarm were very bright and so we could not sleep. Rang the night porter who was very rude and abrupt . When we complained , the manager changed us to another room and all went very well after that. My wife was so shocked about the night porters attitude I hope they will give him some extra training to improve his manners ."
