"Everything is perfect. Very new hotel. Very clean room. Gym to exercise. Location is very convenient. Breakfast is way beyond expectation. The only thing is their laundry room hour is from 8am to 10pm. It typically take 2 hours for a washer and dryer cycle. When I go at 10:10 pm to get the clothes out from the dryer, the laundry room is already locked. I feel they can easily extend the hours for the laundry room to make it more convenient for the guests. Or maybe don't locked the room if there...

"Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel with wonderfully helpful and kind staff, an incredible buffet breakfast (included) and a truly luxury feel! Within 3-6 blocks of some excellent restaurants, close to the train terminal and within 2-5 miles of most major attractions. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others! "Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms had everything we needed. (Fair warning to British tourists - there are no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, but it is easily available at the request at the lobby seating area.) Breakfast was very generous and catered to all - omnivores, vegetarians and vegans. 30 mins easy walk to Colosseum, or quick ride in public transport. 20 mins walk from Termini (bus/train depo). We were very well looked after and enjoyed our stay."
