"I am very happy i stayed here. The hotel was very nice and the train station is a 5 minute walk and safe. Staff speaks english. I think the bar is open at all times except breakfast time. I think John(front desk, many arm tattoos) checked us in and helped us try and find our lost luggage. I want to personally thank him for all his help and a pleasant experience. I would recommend this place to anybody."

"The hotel was nice. I did not do enough research. The property is not near the castle. You must bus and by tickets to the castle weeks in advance. We did not make time for the town or hotel. "

As an English speaker, the front desk person on duty wasn't able to answer my questions due to the language barrier. The staff person who helped with check-out was able to."
