We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Sonne. The location is wonderful, right in the heart of the beautiful town. The hotel has parking in a separate but close location. The hotel owners are very nice, and went out of their way to assist us when some of the streets were closed and detoured because of Christmas markets. Beautiful location and nice breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

This sweet hotel is centrally located in the old town of Rothenburg, close to everything anyone would need. The best part is that it is owned and run by a lovely family (husband, wife & adult daughter), who treated us like family. I would highly recommend staying here!

Very nice hotel right next to the city center. We parked outside the town and walked in about 10 minutes to the hotel. Friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms with a welcome treat and excellent breakfast.

Incredible service and such a lovely, convenient property. My family and I had a memorable experience - possibly the best of our time in Germany. Our family had a fantastic stay at Hotel Sonne! This charming, quaint hotel is in the perfect location, within easy walking distance to all the nearby historical sites. The warm and welcoming staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel has a small parking lot which made it easy to offload luggages.
