"We found the hotel quite by chance after our previous booking at Asheville was cancelled due to Hurricane Helene. We absolutely loved everything about our stay - the hotel, the location, the staff, the hot tub, the hiking trails, and the trout I had in the Tapoco Tavern was one of the best meals I have had during my time in the US. We live in the UK but will definitely recommend the lodge to our family living in Atlanta and anybody we know visiting North Carolina "

"Great property! Big kitchen! We had 12 adult's, ages ranging from 22-55, plenty of space for all! This property is secluded so be prepared before you go, grocery shopping and supplies bought and packed up! Cant wait to visit in warmer weather sonwe can enjoy the beautiful water!
