"We needed to be in the Gatlinburg area for a volleyball tournament and wanted to avoid the hectic downtown area. This was minutes from the tournament and a wonderful retreat. The space was really well thought out and pleasant to relax in for the 3 of us. Additionally there was great access to the National Forest just minutes away. "The Treehouse Suite at The Calhoun House is a great property. This particular suite is located in a separate building from the other suites, which was ideal for us, as we had our baby and toddler with us. We did not worry about disturbing other guests if he cried or was a little loud. Edward was amazing as we checked in. "Really lovely place. Our kids (14 & 11) absolutely loved the animals. The alpacas, donkeys, goats and chickens were awesome. Kids got to do feedings of the goats and chickens with Collin and had such fun. Collin and Jenn are great communicators. We stayed in the Bobcat cabin and it was fantastic. Very comfortable and so we’ll done up. We even were given fresh eggs that the kids collected at the morning feeding. I can highly recommend Cobb Cabins."
