They enjoyed the backyard while we enjoyed the mountain views and hot tub. The hosts, Mitch & Shelly, were very responsive and helpful during our stay. We will definitely stay here again. "

"If you have kids and want a place for them to explore. This is the rental for you! The kids had a blast exploring the property, playing air hockey and relaxing in the hot tub. The farmhouse had plenty of room for us all to spread out. My favorite part was the big farmhouse table where we enjoyed our meals. The beds were comfortable as well. Joe and Patty were great at responding quickly when we had any questions. "

"Cousin Sid's was exceptional! We absolutely loved our stay there. Great location! Easy to locate and out of the hustle and bustle, but close and easy access to all the great attractions and the Great Smoky Mountains. House was perfect. Decorated very nice, well stocked, clean and beds were very comfortable. Host was very quick and responsive to all of our questions. We will definitely recommend this place to others and we will definitely want to stay here again. "

"This beautiful red brick farmhouse, built in 1958, is completely furnished with a 1960's feel. Everything was clean and orderly and every convenience was provided. I've stayed in many VRBO rentals and this one was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owner was very communicative, helpful and responsive. This is a great getaway in the NC mountains. "

"This home is so pretty- beautiful scenery in the back yard and gorgeous inside. Nice, comfy living space and good outdoor area. The host was so nice and helpful when we had to make some changes. The only thing I wish I would have paid closer attention to is that the home is RIGHT by the highway- like 30 yards from front door to road. This wasn’t too bad for us since it was cool and we didn’t spend too much time outside, but could have been a turn off it we were looking for more private outside...

It is a great place to take families, however they should designate certain buildings for families and another building for those without children. We heard loud screams from children during the nighttime and early morning hours. "

"The property is new and very well planned. The unit has 2 master rooms and en-suite bathrooms, which was perfect for our 2 families. It is spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated in modern furnishings. The linens and kitchenware are good, but some extra pates, cups and mixing bowls would be great. The clubhouse and pool are very nice, but we did not use them as we ventured out each day. Highly recommend this beautiful and clean property!"
