"The property is sprawling but there's signs to make sure you're in the right place. Everyone who works there is kind and helpful. We enjoyed the room so much we didn't want to leave and extended our stay. We come to pigeon forge at least once a quarter, we'll be staying at Sunrise Ridge from now on."

"Great location, very clean. Pools and hot tubs were conveniently located. The ones in the front of the resort were very clean and well kept. The ones in the back part of the resort were a little less well maintained. (Dirt in pool bottom,etc). Staff was very responsive to needs. I would recommend leaving a few more bath towels, as we had to request them multiple times. Started out with three towels for four people, and we were staying five days.
