This particular suite is located in a separate building from the other suites, which was ideal for us, as we had our baby and toddler with us. We did not worry about disturbing other guests if he cried or was a little loud. Edward was amazing as we checked in. "So, I booked our room back in September, October of 2021. Between then and when our trip was, the property changed owners. Apparently, there was a bit of a mixup with the booking and the whole lodge was booked for a reunion. We get there to check in, and not only do they still accommodate us, despite the mixup, they gave us an upgrade for no extra charge. We were staying for our anniversary and were absolutely thrilled with everything. We will definitely visit again in the future."

"This VRBO was amazingly spacious for everyone to spread out. The interior design and photos online accurately capture the cabins charm. The property is at the top of the mountain so great views - it is a windy road up to the top so took some time go get up there. Worked well for us getting to Smoky Mtn National Park as didn't have to go through any traffic to get there. Overall a nice stay!"

"Had the best time at this hotel better than the last few other places we’ve stayed at when going out of town. The man working the desk when we checked in and most of our stay was awesome and helpful. Breakfast was good every morning. The only little thing to complain about was the towels at the pool were barely big enough for the kids to use. "
