"Our room was clean, Check-in was a breeze, at night the area is very well lit, we had plenty of towels and the room was already cool on a very hot day on the beach. Parking is monitored with a parking pass. There were not any loud obnoxious neighbors either. Very family friendly. We only stayed one night but we enjoyed our stay. This is a great location also, near most everything, centrally located in OBX. "
