"The property is still a little bit of being completed but it's barely noticeable and we really enjoyed our stay there. Clean, quiet, such pleasant staff and great spots here and there relax like up on the roof top pool... so so good. "An excellent property, indeed. Location, included terrific on site food, a nice pool, comfortable beds, and a cozy boutique style. Loved the “Loteria” ( a popular Mexican bingo game), theme, free early morning Yoga, and a VIP complementary bottle of fine wine. But, the real stand out for me was the fantastic staff, including Luis, Adrian, Enrique, and Betsy, who did EVERYTHING to ensure me and my partner’s safety. comfort, and enjoyment. If something needed improvement, the staff did EVERYTHING to make it right. In fact, we left a couple of belongings in our room. With one call, our things were located, and the front desk sprang into action to get our items directly back home to us. That’s the definition of service to the customer ! The surrounding area provided everything a curios traveler could want, including great food, fun shopping, a gorgeous ocean, and that laid back Sayulita ambiance we all could use more of. I know that with such a glowing Expedia hotel review, Casa Sayulita will draw many new travelers, and that’s just fine with me, because this hotel deserves a ton of compliments! As for myself, I look forward to the next time I come to beautiful Sayulita and especially the soulful and caring staff which makes Casa Loteria, by itself, such a special hotel destination. Viva Casa Loteria! "

"Our stay at Avela was AMAZING!! This was our first trip to Sayulita and we fell in love! It was such a cute little beach town with such a laid back vibe.... You can literally forget about all your cares or worries, and just ENJOY your time there. And the Avela property is removed enough from the heart of town so that it is very quiet and peaceful, yet still within walking distance. They are literally able to take care of all of your needs there -- they have meal service, a great pool area, golf cart rentals, etc... Daniel was so friendly and accomodating. He helped with anything we needed, they even took care of our laundry needs for a very reasonable price, and offered additional services if needed (if you need a ride somewhere, they'll arrange it. If you want massages in your room, they'll arrange it, etc.) Breakfast each morning was a treat. We will definitely be back and recommend to others. Thank you again!! "

"This place is AMAZING! My stay here is phenomenal with the cleanliness, the privacy, NO OUTSIDE NOISE, the comfort of a mini split AC unit thst is perfect when arriving back into your room. The most favorable part was STEPS away from the bus station. Ideal when travelling to or from Puerto Vallarta. That is how I get around. Close enough to walk everywhere in this quaint, adorable little village of Sayulita. Highly recommend!"
