"We were a group of friends that wanted a little getaway from the city of Sapporo to the onsen capital of Hokkaido in Noribetsu. We enjoyed our stay at the ryokan. The dining experience felt a little rushed at times but i understand we were a bigger group so there were some time constraints. The staff were wonderful and always ready to help. Overall, a relaxing time to enjoy the hot springs."

"This was a pretty nice ryokan/onsen. Positives: The staff were friendly, and they even had a reserved shuttle bus that will take you from the hotel to New Chitose Airport. The dinner and breakfast buffet was also great because they tried to serve local Sapporo/Hokkaido delicacies. Like, we were able to do our own gengiskhan lamb cooktop for our buffet dinner (which is only found mainly in Hokkaido). Negatives: it was so crowded! "Conveniently located at the lower slope of Noboribetsu. Price is affordable but lift is small and slow. Onsen is a indoor and an outdoor with no views. Room is clean, spacious with plenty of charging plugs in the room. Bed, pillow and duvet is soft and comfortable. We had a wonderful sumptuous Japanese breakfast with mixture of western delights. You do have to walk up a slope to reach the Carpark. If you want an affordable place to stay, here is a good recommendation."

"Excellent guesthouse with very well equipped kitchen, complete with stove and rice cooker. Few minutes walk from train station with nearby supermarket and a few restaurants. It was a fantastic location, for early train departures. Bus to Noboritbetsu Onsen outside the train station. "The hotel is very Japanese classic, you need to take off your shoes and store it at the entrance. Besides that, it is great! The staffs there are super friendly; The hot spring is definitely top tier, with nature spring hot water in. Room is also Japanese style, room is spacious and cozy. The only thing that need to notice is that the area does not have much public transportation or taxi services, you can ask the front desk to call a taxi for you, but need to prepare additional waiting time."
