"Absolutely amasing experience. The room was spacious, staff was very welcoming and helpful. Baths were great. Kaiseki dinner was a wonderful experience. Breakfast had lots of different options to choose from."

"The cuisine was outstanding as was the view. The only slight would be the private onsen on our balcony was wooden and had a very slimy feel to our feet upon getting in. "

"The bed wasn't very comfortable but it was close to the train and bus station. Not a lot of options for places to eat nearby, breakfast was limited options but very good. "

"Spacious clean room. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Large bathroom with two sinks and lots of counter space. Only a 15 minute walk to the Hell’s Valley entrance. Bus station across the hotel. "

"Beautiful, quaint onsen hotel. Peaceful and very clean. 7-11 just outside of the hotel. We did not use the onsen and lounge. Room is very clean and comfortable. "

"Hotel is near the train station but still it is a quiet location. Many restaurants within walking distance and to go to the famous fishing port area for sea food is walking distance of about 15-20mins. Room is clean. Staff were very helpful and always eager to help. The public bath has adequate space, slightly larger than some Route Inn Hotel. Will stay here again next time visited Tomakomai. "

"Overall this hostel is quite ok, but it's not recommended if you are going to travel other place frequantly through JR as the train schedule is loose and quite expensive."
