"We were a group of friends that wanted a little getaway from the city of Sapporo to the onsen capital of Hokkaido in Noribetsu. We enjoyed our stay at the ryokan. The dining experience felt a little rushed at times but i understand we were a bigger group so there were some time constraints. The staff were wonderful and always ready to help. Overall, a relaxing time to enjoy the hot springs."

"This was a pretty nice ryokan/onsen. Positives: The staff were friendly, and they even had a reserved shuttle bus that will take you from the hotel to New Chitose Airport. The dinner and breakfast buffet was also great because they tried to serve local Sapporo/Hokkaido delicacies. Like, we were able to do our own gengiskhan lamb cooktop for our buffet dinner (which is only found mainly in Hokkaido). Negatives: it was so crowded! "Excellent guesthouse with very well equipped kitchen, complete with stove and rice cooker. Few minutes walk from train station with nearby supermarket and a few restaurants. It was a fantastic location, for early train departures. Bus to Noboritbetsu Onsen outside the train station. I especially liked all the tourist information they made available for guests, not just about the area but also of Hokkaido. "
