"Overall property was very nice and as pictured. As others have mentioned, the rooftop is what sets it apart with the kitchen opening up to a large rooftop with an 8 person jacuzzi that works. The communication with some of the 'hosts' for checkin was a little slow but not terrible; it's Colombia so one can expect a slower response time. I'd stay again. "

"Avoid this place at all cost. The management is unreachable. I checked out 5 days earlier due to family emergency, the host agreed to refund the unused days if I contacted Travelocity about the change, which I did. After that it turned into a ghosting game by the host. Property manager never responded to multiple requests for refund. The too much rules and restrictions. They do not provide clean towels and the beds are really uncomfortable! Not worth your time and money!"

"We stayed for 8 nights. The manager and crew are VERY personable and helpful, but respectful of our privacy. We came to relax and chill. We were never pestered or intruded upon... But whenever we asked a question or needed assistance, they were prompt and courteous. This was the perfect getaway spot. Close enough for UBER, yet remote enough to be "away from it all." UBER into Rionegro is about $3.50 USD each way. Medellin is about $30 each way. We never waited more than 15 minutes for an...
