"No one was available to recieve you and they refuse to give you access unless you email them all of your documents. This left me and my 3 kids walking around a bad area trying to get reception. The day before my checkout I was harassed as to why I did not leave by 12. I had to email the paperwork showing that I still had my reservation for another day. "What a great rental space! One negative (hence the 4 stars) - the lack of hot water/water pressure. Even after reporting cold showers, lack of water in sinks and no water pressure from either, no action was taken which must mean that's just how it is.
