"This is an absolutely stunning property - the pool and outdoor area is gorgeous and it has beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside. The property and furnishings are all very high quality and all of the bedrooms are an excellent size with ensuite bathrooms. The only slight difficulty is that the property is not that easy to find (particularly if you need to get taxis from the property) and the road leading directly to the property is quite narrow and uneven. However, we had an excellent stay...

"Staying at Pepi Villa is like getting a week in a 1600 century museum! Each morning we got up and fed the chickens and checked to see if there were any eggs. Then a dip in the beautiful pool before we took of for Florence or Sienna. The owner, Ilaria is the best host. She arranged a Chef to come and make us the most amazing dinner for my Brother's engagement. Each room has been preserved with pictures and furniture from The Family Pepi over generations. We had the time of our lives!"
